Do I own my domain?
Yes. You are the registered domain holder. SIVØLIA manages it with your permission, and you can request a transfer or handover.
How do renewals work?
Domain registration is paid for the selected term. We notify you ahead of renewal and agree any renewal payment separately from monthly hosting.
What kind of websites can you host?
The introductory £9 plan is intended for suitable static business websites. Shops, applications, databases or specialist hosting needs are priced after review.
Can I cancel?
Hosting and domain registration are separate. You can request to end managed hosting under the agreed terms; already purchased domain registration continues for its paid term. We provide a handover process.
